Two sisters, one window
Two Sisters Koffie is a drive-thru run by two sisters on Hannegan Road.
The name is a little nod to Lynden's Dutch heritage — "koffie" is simply the Dutch word for coffee. Inside the window you'll find Fidalgo Bay coffee, breakfast burritos, paninis like turkey pesto, sandwiches, a soup of the day, Lotus drinks and hot apple cider for chilly days. In a hurry? Call ahead and your order will be ready.
